Terms and Conditions

1. Application of Terms & Conditions

​In these Terms & Conditions, “we” refers to Nathalie Nebout, sole trader operating under the name NN Business Support, based at 5 Malthouse Drive, London, W4 2NR, United Kingdom.

“You” refers to any individual or legal entity purchasing a product or service from us, either online or via direct agreement.

By confirming your order, you accept these Terms & Conditions in full. They take precedence over any conflicting document unless otherwise agreed in writing. We recommend keeping a copy for your records.

2. Nature of the Services and Products Offered

NN Business Support offers:

  • Digital products (e.g., the NNBS roadmap, Notion or Drive resources),
     

  • Support services (e.g., the 90-Day Focus programme, strategic sessions, custom assignments).
     

These may be purchased directly online or confirmed via quote or email.

3. Delivery

Digital products are delivered:

  • immediately after payment via link, Notion access, or Drive folder,

  • or within a maximum of 24 business hours if manual activation is required.

It is your responsibility to ensure the email address provided is accurate. If you do not receive the product, please contact us within 24 hours of purchase.

4. Payment

Payment is due in full at the time of ordering, unless otherwise specified.

Access to any product or service will only be granted after full payment is received and cleared.

5. Refund Policy

​• Digital products (e.g., NNBS Roadmap)

Due to their immediate accessibility and duplicability, no refunds will be issued after purchase.

By confirming your order, you explicitly waive your right of withdrawal in accordance with applicable digital content regulations.

• 90-Day Focus (Support Programme)

NN Business Support offers a “First Milestone Guarantee”:

You may request a full refund within 48 hours after the initial 2-hour strategy session if you believe the programme is not a fit for your needs.

After this time, no refund will be issued.

Any included bonuses (templates, tools, access, etc.) remain available to you and will not be revoked in case of a refund.

• Custom services or assignments

For tailored services or one-off assignments, no refund is available once the work has begun, unless otherwise stated.

6. Right of Withdrawal

​Under applicable regulations:

  • professional clients do not benefit from a right of withdrawal,
     

  • individual clients may waive their right of withdrawal for digital content delivered immediately.
     

By confirming your purchase, you agree to immediate delivery and explicitly waive your right of withdrawal where permitted.

7. Intellectual Property

​All content, tools, templates, videos, documents, and methods shared as part of any offer remain the exclusive property of NN Business Support.

You are granted a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence for your own use.

Any unauthorised reproduction, resale or distribution is strictly prohibited.​

8. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding any information, content or documents exchanged during the service.

9. Liability​

We are committed to delivering our services professionally and to a high standard.

However, we cannot be held liable:

  • for any misuse or misapplication of the content provided,
     

  • for indirect loss, missed opportunity or revenue loss.
     

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service concerned.

We do not guarantee retention of any files or content after six months.

10. Communication​

Communications will be conducted primarily via email or instant messaging (e.g. WhatsApp).

You acknowledge these channels are not encrypted and release NN Business Support from any liability due to interception, technical failure or related risks.

11. Termination due to breach

If either party seriously breaches the agreement (e.g. by non-payment or failure to deliver), the contract may be terminated automatically:

  • after written notice, and
     

  • if the issue is not resolved within 30 days.
     

This clause protects both parties by allowing time to resolve the issue before formal termination.

12. End of Contract – Data Retention

Unless otherwise agreed, documents, files or content created during the assignment will not be retained beyond 6 months after contract completion.

13. Independence of the Parties

Nothing in this contract shall be interpreted as creating:

  • a partnership or joint venture,
     

  • or any employment or hierarchical relationship between the parties.
     

You are a client, and NN Business Support remains an independent provider.

This clause protects the freelance status of the service provider.

14. Data Protection (GDPR)

Personal data collected is processed exclusively within the scope of the business relationship.

You may request access, correction or deletion of your data at any time.

15. Governing Law – Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

In case of dispute, the parties will first seek an amicable resolution.

Failing that, the courts of London shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
