This review, ideally carried out quarterly, gives real clarity to your strategic vision, highlighting your objectives and priority projects for the next 90 days. It can also serve as an entry point for long-term collaboration, giving you the opportunity to implement your projects with dedicated support on your side.
Milestones over 3 months
At the end of this process, you'll have a detailed dashboard or summary report of what we've covered together, with priority projects clearly identified and, where needed, key milestones for delivering those projects.

Quarterly Review
What is the process?
A review cycle is made up of several meetings, spread over 3 months

You will start by completing a questionnaire in a quiet place so that you can concentrate on your business.

During the first 1h30 meeting we will review and assess the preliminary points. This is the time to start sorting through the jumble of ideas.
Over the following 3 to 7 days, you will finalise your vision, mission and values and reflect on your strategic objectives for the year ahead.

We'll As for me, I categorise the ideas and identify any emerging themes.
The second 1h30 meeting is devoted to setting the strategic objectives for the coming months.
We also think about a few key projects (over a minimum 3-month cycle, depending on what has been decided) that could serve your objectives.

At our third 1h30 meeting we will analyse each project, to identify the needs to be fulfilled and those that can already be implemented in terms of resources: time, money, manpower, tools, processes, systems, communication, organisation, etc.

Finally, I'll complete the roadmap or summary report of what we've covered together using the tool that suits you best (Trello, Notion, etc.). At this stage, the priority projects will be identified.
Eventually, the main milestones for implementing these projects will be listed. However, we do not necessarily get involved in the planning and management of projects if the contract has not been established as such.
We will review your progress together at the middle and end of the process.
